I recently started using modview, but some of the models I use come up with this message:

Error R_LoadMDXM: # bones mismatch! "models/players/EXAMPLE/model.glm" has 72 bones "models/players/_humanoid/_humanoid" has 53 This model probably needs recompiling

Is there some patch I need to download? Is there some easy way to fix this? Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time.

You're trying to open a JK2 model using JKA's _humanoid folder. Temporarily switch the _humanoid folders, and it'll open fine.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

It's inside JK2's assets pk3s, like JKA's was. If you don't have JK2, then no, you can't get it, as distributing core game assets is an EULA breach, therefore illegal.
