Hello,

I've recently begun working on my clan's lightsaber pack, and importing/exporting the saber models through 3ds Max and MD3 View. Everything works fine except for one thing.

When I export the saber model to .md3 from 3ds Max, and then import/export it from .md3 to .glm in md3 view, the *blade1 tag shows up on the actual model when used in-game.

If anyone could tell me how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it. Thank-you in advance.

you need to rename it to tag_blade1

Well, I've returned with a bit of a problem.

For some reason, when I convert the .md3 to .glm using md3view, the tag reverts to the origin, causing the blade to come out the side of the hilt. I'll detail my steps incase it will help:

1. Import saber_w.glm into 3ds max 2. Rename "*blade1" to "tag_blade1" 3. Export as saber_w.md3 4. Open saber_w.md3 in md3view 5. Import custom .skin file 6. Save as saber_w.glm

And when I import the new saber_w.glm into 3ds max, the tag has been sent to the origin. Any ideas? Any and all help is great!
