On certain points of the map, the whole sky seems like void.

While developing, I mean when the map was smaller, those spot were fewer. Now, as the map gets its full scale, nearly everywhere on the map show this bug, or whatever it is.

Any ideas what causes it and how to fix?

Are you making a large open map? If so the sky is probably being cut off because it's too far away from you, try increasing the distancecull in worldspawn.

EDIT: Default distancecull is 6000 iirc.

Thank you for answer :)

Yes, it's gonna be a large one piece. But couldn't understand what you mean with "in worldspawn?". Worldspawn in .bsp file? or .map? or what?

The worldspawn is everything in a map that isn't part of a specific entity. Just select any normal brush, bring up the entity properties and set a bigger distancecull value.

I think it's more than a skybox problem. Random surfaces of random brushes seems to be void (caulk). Eventhough they're very few.

And with distancecull thing, I edited it to 1000000000 or something (increased the value periodically, and it became 10000....). Didn't worked. I'm not sure if there's an upper limit for distancecull but, moving sky brush to somewhere closer to map didn't work either.

Any help?

I think we'd benefit from screenshots ;o Also do /developer 1 and /r_showtris 1 in console before taking the screenshots.

Corrupted planes. Either select the offending brushes in Radiant and run "Brush Cleanup", or if that fails to remove the problem, just remake the brushes.

Make sure you don't turn the Radiant grid off either!

Actually, I'm thinking VIS issues. How's your structural/detail brushes looking? Only walls, floors, ceilings and skyboxes should be structural. Everything else should be detail.
