I'm making a shooting range in one of my maps, and I want to make shootable targets that break when hit (func_breakable) However, If I just use the func_breakable by itself, once they are shot, they will not be shootable again, and then nobody else can have fun in the shooting range... Im wondering if their is a way to make a func_breakable regenerate over a certain ammount of time so that you can break it again. Thanks [HOD]HighCouncil_Demon
theres a sp level where you can do this, the one where you get captured and have to fight free, theres a shooting range with 2 lil screens, that regenerate after a certain ammount of time. try looking at that.
I think this is ment for MP, not Sp, and thus, not the same entities/commands, etc. Though, I do not have the answer, would have given out fully... sad isn't it... Anyways, keep on trying, at worse, PM some reknown members.

i would have thought you would just do func_glass and put a respawn trigger on it like a tie_fighter
You'll need to script this.
I thought you could do with the NPC spawn key/value too. Try it anyway. key | value
count | -1 wait | amount of sec's or whatever between it respawns.

Why not decompile the SP map and see how it's done.
