Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to maybe add some sort of stop watch to JK3? E.g. whenever you press asterisk button on the number pad it begins the timer and lets say whatever you are doing finished and you want to end it then you would press the minus button on the keypad. The plus button on the keypad could be to reset the timer.

I'm requesting this simply because there is a certain event within our monthly league called "Watch out for that sniper" which requires someone to dig out a stop watch and obviously this can be a little difficult to do if someone doesn't have a stop watch.

Well first I was wondering if it was possible and second if it is possible would someone be able to code it?

Thank you, SiLink

I'm not sure, but I think cg_drawtime 1 turns on a timer. Either that or g_drawtime. I can't remember because I don't personally like to time myself. To turn off, just put 0 instead of 1. Not sure, though. EDIT: I saw you in general discussion talking about your username. How do you pronounce that?

hmmm maybe you could bind the commands to a key to stop start them etc

Huh, I always pronounced your name like SEElink, or Slink. Yeah, just bind s to start and t to stop: unless those already do something on your end.

You can't start or stop it, only show or hide it, since it's actually on the server's end, not yours.

its possible, it just requires some coding, and it would probs have to be uploaded to a server, do you want only you to see it? or everyone on the server?

Client side if possible, as only one person at our monthly event needs a stop watch to time everyone else.

Why not use a real stop-watch if that's the case?
