I fricken loved the gargoyles series. Problem for me is twofold: 1. I'm not very good at modding, and 2. I have a ton of other projects on the burner. Otherwise i would give it a shot. I hope you find someone to take it!

Theres 2 things you can do:
1) Try making it you're self
2) Wait, be lazy, and waste our time posting you're request.
you could try to take one of the JA models, and add some wings onto it and reskin it. Most of the female models have skin tight outfits, so you might be able to get away with an initial reskin. I've only been messing around with this crap for a few months, and I'll tell you from first hand experience, that if you try to make something on your own, most of the time you'll get a lot of great help from the people here. I know I did, and a lot of times you might even find someone like minded enough to take on the task! :)

Thats what were here for! (Well, maybe not me, but Eclypse is a modeler. Maybe he will help you.)
the shape of the model would be kinda easy to block out and mold but the hard parts would be those little pointy bits on the elbows and knees aswell as the head+hair
what about the wings and the tail?
The tail would have clipping issues, but as an NPC it would be fine.
The wings would kind of just stay there, not moving or anything.
