Why hasn't anybody made any KILL BILL models or mods? i think it would be a great mod!!!! any thoughts?? :feedback:
I know! It's insane, in what's basically a sword figthing engine I see Matrix, and Mechas and whatnot models and mods (don't get me wrong, hurray for diversity!) and it only seems insane that no one has come up with Kill Bill mods or models, the coolest sword fighting movies ever made!!! I myself started looking and finally, tired of searching and finding none, decided to make my own. Check this link for more info, Is actually a thread in this same forum ("Help with mods and bots please!!!!"): http://www.gamingforums.com/showthread.php?t=127340 Of course that I'm planning on making more characters, I just got Milkshape and 3dMax, I'm learning to use them (I alredy used extensively Gmax, so 3DS is no biggie), so far I got two Crazy 88's and Two Uma's (Vol. 1 yellow suit and Vol. 2 black jacket-blue dress) all with specific sounds and taunts direct from the Vol. 1 DVD. I'm also working on one more Crazy 88 (Micky) and Johnny Mo. I had also planned on making the Bar stage for the Crazy 88 fight scene, a HAtori Hanzo hilt, a generic Crazy 88 hilt and a Johnny Mo Bamboo Hilt (to be used with two katanas). Of course that if anyone would like to pitch-in into creating a full mod (of which I know nothing) I will be more than happy to submit models, skins and whatever, I do have extensive experience with graphic design. Hope it helps, and that you can help me.
Maybe because we don't like Kill Bill?
WE the Borgs or WE the community? Just a joke of course, liking or disliking is one of the few absolute freedoms we (the people) should defend and profess at all costs, not to mention respect. However some technical advise would be more than helpful, and more than appreciated. An if I may be more precise, on skinning HUDs and editing JKA models on Milkshape, I edited one, but couldn't get it to work, is it because I resized it? I already know about those infamous tags, but I read something about renaming them on Milkshape... In a phrase "lost in the woods". Thanks.
what didn't you like about it??
We hat klllbill,pulpfiction rocks.
kill bill rocks. pulp fiction rocks more
I love the visual style implemented in Kill Bill, not like the b*llsh*t, "geek-models-saving-the -world" poser crap from Matrix. And it is so straight forward with feelings and concepts as universal as revenge, loyalty, honor and basically the way of the warrior, unlike mindnumbing, insultingly stupid, pseudo-philosophical ridden movies, I mean people, read a book don't get dazzled by that kind of crap. Plus the Kill Bill action sequences kick ass! BTW I have already 2 Crazy 88 models, Two Uma Thurman's (Vol. 1 and 2) (all with sounds and various taunts) and a Hatori Hanzo model, not implemented for the game yet.
lol, you hath been modded
