i know his site went down some time ago, but i was woundering if anyone knew of a mirror site or something that had the tutorials on it. or if maybe someone saved the webpage and all that onto their comp. cause ive used quite a few tutorial websites and rich diesels was by far the best and i was just seeing if i couldnt find it again. i havent mapped in quite some time and ive forgotten a lot of the stuff. so help would be appreciated :) ha. i remember most of the complex stuff and yet ive forgotten the basics :0wned:
CLICK ME edit: Uhh, don't forget the Tutorials and tools sticky. It's your friend...
Yup. Keep in mind that the tutorials sticky has what you're looking for, nine times out of ten.

thanks for the link. and this is pretty much my first time coming to the forum. im a big jk3files user though i was never really tempted to come here till i need help. but thanks again. i think ill hang around for a while
Yeah, I don't know about everyone else, but I'll merrily pass tips and advice (and help) to those who need it.
Most everyone will, as long as you double check the stickies before you ask ;). Most of us are friendly. Except Gir..But he's cool =P.
Just remember, if someone doesn't sound like they know what they're talking about, they probably don't. And right now, I'm starting to get the disturbing feeling to write tutorials, even though I'm not exactly a tutorial writer. I feel sorry for a mapping newbie who discovers my tutorials and try to figure them out...
i have to say this, thsi is one of th best tuts out there, i learned all my stuff from it, and its good to see someone is starting them back up, i hope this will get better mappers out there!
Yeah I know what you mean. RichDiesal's tutorials are v helpful. :)
