Well, annoyingly I can't get a roq converter for mac. I have a video which I need converting into roq format to use on a texture, so if anyone could help me out here, I'd really appreciate it. What format does the video need to be in to start with?
When I made my Roqs, I used a program that Inyri gave me.. I think it was this: http://www.swift-tools.net/Quake/QVM/ You can import images, avi -files, and roq-files.
Maybe that's working?
No good, it's a .exe file.
Edit: Actually, I've already made and editted the file, could I send it to you so you could turn it into a .roq if I asked really, really nicely?
Right then, I've got the shader working with a roq file from base JA, now I just need someone to convert mine for me.
Oh, I see. I cant find anything for mac, but I got a indistinct memory of that it is possible to make a roq-file through a commandline in jka.. I cant find the tutorial for it tho, so I recommend you to try search the web alittle? good luck =)
I didn't make it!
Sorry for bringing up a old thread, but did you guys ever work it out? Becuase I can't. :|

I very much doubt that's true. The original Raven roq compiler (which I use) is a command line executable, though. But I have no idea why anybody would even want to run a program like that through JA... The windows command prompt is where you use it.
Hmm, anyway, could someone just convert one file for me? Does it need to start off in AVI?
Yes, I think so (or in pictures, frame-by-frame)
Lol, 1:27 of film at 15 fps? I think I'll do it as AVI. Err, was that "yes" to the first or second part?
