What do you mean, exe file? Need some more info on what you're trying to do. Is it a batch file or something?

No, it is not possible to run an arbitrary .exe file from within JKA.

.. With one sole exception: If the ability to do so has been implemented by a game mod (modified dlls), although no existing mod adds that ability as far as i'm aware of.
