hi well i'm making a saber (.sab file) but in the tutorial they said to start with a txt file but when I put all i wanted to put in the txt, I rename the file to saber.sab but it's still a txt. File can you help me or tell me if there is a converter somewhere? thx

You need to set your system to show file extensions, then change the .txt to .sab. It's under "View", "Folder Options", and on the "View" tab. Uncheck the box next to "Hide Extensions for known Filetypes". Then, when you've changed the .txt to .sab, just check that box again and it'll go back to normal.


I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

There's a much easier way to do it. Just select "all files" as your filetype when you're saving it. Then you don't have to worry about screwing up your other files when you forget to change your folder settings bac.

yeah so when u save it the first time do all files an save it as single_(name).sab or dual_(name).sab instead of saving it as txt then going to all the trouble to change it to .sab.

Yeah, that works too. I do it the long way on reflex. Guess it's habit after making so many ZIP files on Windows ME (my workstation computer) and converting them to PK3s like that. Silly, really. :lol:
