Kleptoleech - Hide your money!

Is it possible, via a cfg file, to make a script in such a way that:
- Function/cheat A is performed
- Script "waits" for certain amount of time (not the wait command; I want the player to be able to move/attack during this idle period) The idea of this is so #1 above and #3 below are separated by an amount of time or frames
- Function/cheat A is undone (i.e., r_fullbright was 1, and now is 0)
Is there any way to do something like this?
