I need help for mapping again.. im very sorry if this may annoy anyone but i really really really have been searching and i couldn't find any tutorial of how to do this. While im making a map. I want to know how to put shaders on textures for my map. In this case, i want to put a shader on a metal texture or wall texture so that it can be shiny so it would look more realistic and nicer. If anyone knows a tutorial or if they could tell me straight up forward. I would also Extremely appreciate it. Thankyou very much everyone ^^

You obviously didn't look very hard. Look at the tutorials sticky under 'shaders' ;)
You might also want to have a look at one of the existing, shiny Raven shaders (or a shader from some custom map, if you want). All you need to do is to copy the entry, rename it, and insert your own texture paths.
No need to make things any harder than necessary.
shiny shaders will always have TCGen Environment somewhere in them, so search for that when looking for a shader to use.
