Ok, some of you may have seen the post i recently made about a space map. Anyway, i wanted a decent way to make gravity that you could move through. So i thought maybe i could use some sortve shader that worked like water. Id use a base water shader but they show up blue underwater, and have water sounds. Other than that, thats about it, i just need a water shader that works like theres no gravity. Can anyone help me?

i'd play arround with the shader a bit; leaving out the line with "q3map_material" might eliminate the sound and splash-effects; using a different texture might fix the color;

i messed with the water-shader a little - color and sounds seem to be connected with the floating-abilities (surfaceparm water); i don't see a way to do it with a shader, but i dunno 2% about them; i'm sure there's somthing on this in the many mappingtutorials in the master sticky list;

Ok, the surfaceparm water, which is line six, can you just delete that?

Spiel, your signature is way too big. Please limit yourself to one image that is within 800x160 pixels.

How do you import a new shader?

if u delete surfaceparm water u fall, it seems to be the main thing that makes the brush water; if u want to use shaders from ur own shader-file (like "urown.shader") u have to add it's name to "shaderlist.txt"
