So I am finally ready to turn my models into MD3's, just one question! How do I export each individual MD3, so that I can add them all together in MD3 Viewer to create the combined GLM. I tried loading them via tags, but the wings just went smoosh and went all 2D O_o any help?

Are you trying to make a vehicle with MD3s? You can't do that -- they need to be made just like player models.

I'm attempting to turn them into MD3's to open in MD3Viewer to convert to GLM's. However, in regards to my last question madcatmach2 pointed out I needed to use XSI Mod Tool so I will give that a go.

you don't need to use XSI mod tool. Since you have 3d studio max 9 I'm assuming you still have the 3dmax file or what ever its called were its still all weighed uvmaped and such just export it to .xsi using 3dmax sine it can export it to that format to and I'm sure your probably much more comfortable with that program.
