No! And by the looks of it, it never will be.

You could always google it!

The Quake III Source Code has been released however.

Raven Software have stated that the singleplay source code will not be released.

Also, next time, try forum search for questions which you believe may have been answered already. This one in particular has come up hundreds of times.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

I did, but the results were for other games on the Filefront forums.

You can select which specific forum (and child forum) you want to search in. I forget to do that sometimes too. :p

Not releasing the SP sorce code... what act of idiocy will Raven commit next?

If there was a program that allowed you to decompile .dll files, would it be legal to use it on the .dlls to make an SP mod and release it?

No.

Thought so.

Anybody else feel the need to hurt the people that run Raven?

No. They were ordered by LucasArts not to release the source code, because the game is still commercially available. I.e. if they released the full source, they'd be giving people a free game, and it's unfair to ask them to do that for as long as the game is still sold in the shops. Wait until Jedi Academy vanishes from the retail sector, and they'll likely release it then.
