This happens with any reskins that I make. For some reason, they don't appear on the multi or single player character menus. The skins are fine, and they are able to be accessed by playermodel and model codes. Also, in multiplayer, I'm able to add said skins as bots.

Check the icons, the same thing happened to me too. Make sure they have the right name (icon_default) and the dimensions are a power of two.

No, more like 8x8, 16x16, 128x128, and 512x512. It goes higher, but you get the picture.

And, you can merge those numbers. For example: 512x128, 16x8.

The skinicons should be 256x256 baseline jpeg's. (well, I'm sure you can you other settings than that, but that's default.)

256x256? That's massive for an icon!

I don't think the icons are the problem, unless they can't be 256 X 256.

The size shouldn't be a problem; I've had even bigger icons that still worked in game. Check their names maybe, make sure their called icon_default_yourskin. I can't really think of what else could be wrong if your able to use the skins ingame. Then you know it's not a problem with the .skin file or something like that, right?

They can be 256x256. What did you name them?
