So I've been trying to reskin the Sentry model, but it isn't working very well. I pulled the surfaces from the glm, but it seems like it only half-worked:

72282d1266862397-skin-problem-shot3014.jpg Could someone use whatever skin tool does this (ModView ?) and generate a default skin for me?

I think that maybe I got one of the surfaces wrong or something. I'd do it myself but I cant use those tools atm.

Give it some time mate :) im sure someone will be willing to help you as soon as they get some free time... I would help you but im totally clueless as to why the skin wont appear

Don't you simply just need to edit the "sentry.jpg" and "red_light.jpg" texture files in the .../players/sentry/ folder in Adobe-Photoshop or GIMP to whatever you want and then make an updated skin file so that it sees your modified texture map? :confused:

Ah, I neglected to mention, I'd solved this awhile ago. Copypasting the surface names from the glm file carried invisible letters over, ruining the surface names
