Simply name them diffirently and write a skinfile for them, for example: you have the reborn model, you want to make a skin for it called myreborn. Name the skins reborn_legs_myreborn for example (dunno the actual names) then look for the skinfile within the reborn folder and open it. replace the file names that link to parts like legs etc with the new skin files that you made. Now save the skinfile with a new name and save. Do no forget to make an icon for it or else it won't show up in the selection. (sorry for lack of detail but I'm writing this on my phone.)

I think it is almost done but when I tried to spawn it shows this error message R_CreateImage: models/players/biker_scout/biker_scout_body_storm.tga dimensions (517 x 517) not power of 2! What does it mean and how can I fix it?

(517 x 517) not power of 2!

It means that 517 is not a power of two.

You can correct it by resizing to a power of two.

power of two = 2 raised to the power of x = 2^x 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, ... it's just the way the q3 engine likes graphic dimensions to be.

best to go with 512x512, for obvious reasons.
