So I see a lot of skins out there, and I see some with jackets, or models with other models heads on it. How do you do that? Like for example...the merc Kyle model out there...how did the author put the jacket on? Or like I see Luke with a different hair cut. Could you guys help me out?

Those are usually new models, not skins...you would have to make them from a certain program.

Hey, don't give up just yet! Check out this thread here that will tell you about an alternate program you could use instead, as well as the other tools you will need as well as links to tutorials.
