Well, first at all sorry, because I don´t speak very well english beacause I´m spaniard (not spanish, isn´t the same thing) but you are the only who can help me with this. I´ve searched the toppeds but I´ve not found what I need.

I have 3d max and gmax, I want to make SP heads (1 male and female).

I´ve done a head with 3D Max 6 and I´ve exported it to gmax. My questions are:

1-How can make it to a SP head? 2-How can I convert a .3ds or .md3 file to .skin? 3-I´ve tried overwriting a SP mara jade head (head_a1.skin) , but the only thing that it changes is the texture by a white (none texture), I think beacuse all information about the model (coordenates, pixels, ect.) is in the model.gml.

What can I do??? T____T

Thanks a lot. If you help me to learn. In a future I´ll make a lot of skins for the community. =)

you have to make a whole model or use a old one and deleted the head and add yours because when you are in the customization menu it is only applying a new skin by clicking one of the part veriations

1) You can't. Not that way. As Slusk said, you can't just make body parts. You have to make an entire model. 2) .skin files are text-based -- you do not turn a model into a .skin file, you write the .skin file. 3) You can not swap heads from one model to another.
