I have a weather problem. well I have this map with insides and outsides places. the ousides should be snowing and not in the insides.

I have placed a snow entity in a brush in the outside area, and added the texture: "system/outside" to the brush.

then i compiled the map,

when i load the map (in sp) for the first time it works exactly as it should, snowing outside and not inside. but a text appears in the left top side of the window, looks like this:

next time I load the map a "mymap.weather" file has appeard in my base/map folder and its snowing all over the map...

what is wrong and what should I do, please HELP!!!

Never seen it before. The only thing I could find by searching the net was the helpful statement: "There is actually no known solution to this." I'd suggest you to remove your weather entity and outside brushes, and make it all over. Maybe that would fix it? I think it's worth it, cause it doesn't take alot of time. ;)

Thanks for the help but this problem appears for me on all my maps :( is there any difference if you create the brush or the entity first ?

Use system/weather texture instead of system/oustide. Worked for me.
