Like I should get over myself and start submitting mods to FileFront again. There'd probably be about 10.

Discuss pros/cons.

Pro: you make people happy because you release good mods

Con: it takes up time but you're filled with joy from the people you made happy by simply uploading them

the con is more subjective though, depends how you look at it

i guess that con i posted would be better suited for averus... but none the less, it'd be nice to have more modders. so i think Hirman hit the nail on the head, the only real downside are the people who will always ask "I canz haz modzez ploxzor? nowz?"

My primary con concern is the style of reviews that JK3Files seems to do now. You know, where they're more focused on world domination and random crap than giving a description of the actual file. Seems to be getting better, though.

Then (not to be mean to any reviewers or staff members) trust in the comments from the people who dl the mods and test them for themselves. Even if a mod of yours gets a bad review i'm sure your rep as a great modder+modeler+skinner etc. is more than enough to make anyone doubt a bad review about a mod of yours.

Bad is fine, as long as the focus is in the right place.

Pros: a wider variety of people can see how good you are at your mods

Cons: Like you said, reviews are slightly bent towards world domination instead of the file :)

Maybe for my peers, but quite frankly, I don't know what the hell you lot are talking about. I think I've been rather fucking boring in terms of reviews these days. People have been putting more effort into their work, so I have no comical material to work with, even if I were trying to be lulz.

So...

Pros:

- You're gonna get an assload of downloads.

Cons:

- Ten to one it'll end up being done by me - May take a little time to get up.

Bottom line, you're at a point where you dont' really NEED our input for mods, period. Nozy's a mapper and the rest of us are practically nubs. I'd say there'd be no harm in sending them in. Worst case, you just stop sending them in if y'aint satisfied.
