Hi guys have any of you guys noticed that the dismembersing allowed by some mods are somewhat disabled in the last chapter of JA (Korriban)?
I used two mods for that, one is the bloody dismember mod that uses a .pk3 file and the other is a simple mod that instruct you into adding some lines to your config file.
Both work wonders until the first map of Korriban, when the effects are disabled... odd not?
Could this mean that the dismember option is also map enforced and thus one need to modify something in the maps to allow it in full?
Could be script-related.
I think script can't modify the dismemberment. My tip is, that it is hard coded.
If its hard coded then how the mods I mentioned worked until korriban?
They stoped working the moment I started the korriban stage (after I sliced Tavion in half moments before).
I thought, the dismemberment is turned off for Koribban in the code.

setcvar g_dismember 0 setcvar cg_dismember 0 in ICARUS would do precisely that. /slow clap EDIT: Also, Korriban's bsp name isn't referenced in the ASCII of jasp.exe..so far looking like my hypothesis is closer.

LoL! How can u set variables in ICARUS script? o.O (I mean global variable, not local script variable) I've just tried 'set ( "ch_thirdperson", "1" );' but it doesn't seem to work.
