Okay, here's the deal. I'm messing around with a map I downloaded, adding some npc's to play around with. I'm trying to find the easiest way to add multiple conflicting npc's into the game without them killing eachother before I'm finished spawning them. I've read some basic mapping tutorials, and with some work I could probably add the npc's that way. BUT, the map isn't my own work (I've tried. Trust me, I suck at mapping), hence I'm hesitant to mess with it without permission (I've tried that too, no luck). Thanks. - J
Just one little, simple command makes it possible. Notarget
Well, notarget keeps the npc's from attacking me, but npc's on opposing sides still attack each other. Know what I mean?
In that case, you might want to use the npc_freeze command. If you want to know exact wording, type in developer 1.
i also have an npc problem. sumhow i actually made a map and its ok but i want to spawn jawas to kill but i dont know make it to the map w/o needin admin so i figured id need need to enter somethin to make it spwan a jawa? BTW i wanna spawn with a switch to a set place
In that case, you'll have to look at mapping tuts. The best one I find is this nifty place:::

Why does it seem that no one ever knows anything about that site? BTW, I know I should have seen this, but I have another four posts before I break the four-digit barrier! Yay!
