hey there, well i get right to the point i want to make sounds for model. The thing is i want to be able to use as many sounds possible. But I rlly dunno:uhm: how many sounds can be added to a model; i heard that with modes like ja+ you r able to use even more sounds. Anyway what im asking is for a complete sounds list as i want to include many sounds to a model even for eg: when some1 flipkicks you or when u land on the ground after jumping from a rlly high spot. Anyway I hope somebody can help me. It would be much appreciated.:)

Sounds are activate by many things like getting hurt, jumping, landing, taunting, getting pushed, choking, etc. Here are some that I know of:

taunt (1,2,3,4 etc) pain100 pain75 pain50 pain25 jump1 land1 falling anger1 (2,3,4, etc) victory1 (2,3,4, etc) death1 (2 and 3 only) gloat1 (2,3,4)

Those are a few that I know of. You have to name that mp3 file one of those. So if you have an mp3 that says "die!" and you name it "taunt.mp3", when ever you taunt people thats what they'll say.

Can you actually go over taunt3 ? I've never seen it go higher before o.o

Oh really? I am not so sure. I think that you can only have 3 mp3's per on sound name. My bad.

Thx yodaman i know a few of the basic ones myself that's why i ask for complete list =p:rolleyes: To Silink:sure u can i think the top is 6 however i do believe that's avilable with ja+ and not base ja but now that u meantion it apart from the sound list would like to know how many sounds can u have from each. For eg: taunts i think the top is 6, what about vitory does it happen the same with it, or choke...

there's no need to make more than 3 taunt sounds. You have the anger ( anger1.mp3 ) and Victory ( victory1.mp3 ) sounds.

If you want to see other sounds names ( some of those sounds can be used by npc ) open the assets0.pk3 and check out the chars folder ( especially the Jaden/misc folder )... there you can see the complete library of sounds for the game.

Oh lol i knew there was a place in base folder to find the soundsets i'll probly revise all and get every :rolleyes:sound :nodding::nodding:. Btw does any1 know if 4 eg i add a sound from sp to mp mode,l which could happen the way this goes, would something happened?? would it messed up the file? or i just wouldn't hear it. I'm not sure what were you trying to say there... if there's a file that has a problem, you will be able to see that error in your game console ( pressing shift ~ ). Make sure the sounds are mono.

oh yea i meant i plan to make a list of the sounds compiling the sounds of every mp model from the assets without repeating ofc, but i heard some and notice that they r from sp, if put this for mp model... would something happen? or i just wouldnt hear anything. oh n' don't worry about the setting of the sounds i know'em and have program to change'em

well as far as I know you need to keep the same file structure.. the mp sounds are always in a folder named "misc"... you need to name the sounds correctly in order to use them in the game. So if you add sounds from the sp set to the mp set you won't be able to hear them.
