I am working on a stance mod but some things don't work that well. I got the Stance in the game but as you can see Jaden's mouth is open, that isn't normal is it?
So close his mouth in the animation.
Sorry but I can't tell if his mouth is open or not from the pic. I'll believe you though. You may have moved the head at some point and acidentally moved the mouth. You could reset the entire head and then just reposition it again, or you could find the bone that is the mouth and adjust it.

Ok it seems that the problem is depending on the model. But now i have finished three stances and merged them, they work in ModView but ingame it looks like in the last picture .
The models whose mouths are not affected most likely don't have the face set up right for facial animations (not many modelers bother to do the meticulous weighting of the face since it benefits SP only anyway). If it irks you much, I'd suggest you start over using BOTH_STAND8 (not much difference that I could discern anyway, just pull the right hand upwards a bit and voilà).
As for the last pic, can't you try your stance out with one of the saberstaffs that come with the game first (ideally with a clean base without mods - apart from yours), instead of apparently using a single-bladed saber and doing whatnot to get the staff stance activated with it? Just to pinpoint where exactly things go wrong. I suspect it's got nothing to do with your animation mod itself, but rather the way you've activated the staff stance, or perhaps that particular saber's .sab file, or interfering mods, or ... - you get the picture.
you don't even need to start over, just open it in dragon and use the console command to select the jaw bone and hit the reset button for each frame of the animation. and if that doesnt work, add a blank frame save it, then open the animation in notepad and copy and paste the face animations from the blank animation frame and paste it over the face animations in your stance. that is all..
