Hey guys, brand new to this forum. Sup. I was wondering if anyone has figgerd out how to mod the game so you start the game with full force powers, WITHOUT cheating and using the 'helpusobi 1' key. I'm talking about really modding the game. I can't figure it out for the life of meh, this is much different than JKII. Thanks

What's the difference between "modding" the game and using the cheat codes?

Why do you want to mod your game if you can just use a cheat code?

because it's cheating, that's why. I don't wanna cheat. I wanna mod. Does anyone know how?

Scripting is considered modding, but in the end you do the same, but without having to type in console the stuff.

seta helpusobi "1" seta give all

I have not done this kind of stuff in a long time, so I can not be sure if it will work. Type that in a .txt file and save it as "autoexec.cfg" You can call it anyway you want, but what you want to do is CHEATING.

kk, that will work. but i'm actually trying to design a mod, not just cheat at the game. In my mod i want to start the game with a certain set of force powers at full power. I guess that i could use the helpusobi 1 command; i'd rather not.

Why? What benefit do you get from modding it rather than "cheating"? It would have the exact same effect, so what would be the point to making a mod for it? I don't get it...

Alright. I understand that the effect would be pretty much the same. That's not important. I'm simply asking IF theres any way to do it. Is there? Can someone help?

if you start with all force powers from the start how will you progress to other levels? you have to select a force power at each level right , how can you select if you have all the force powers already ?

That's a good point. You will get stuck if you're *full* when you progress to the next level. You'd have to completely rescript the game, I think. It would be a pain...
