We are trying to bring to you key events from the star wars saga which marked the story. Some missions on malachor v where you will get to play as famous sith lords such as Revan for Malachor V. You will get to fight who they got to fight and rule the galaxy through fear as they got to.

Wow! This looks great! I just have one question, though. Will you be using completely new models? Even for people that have had several models/skins made of them (Like Darth Maul)? If so, give Revan a cape! I haven't found a single Revan that had a cape (Besides MovieBattles)

The Windu skin is outstanding, it looks really spot on.

I suggest you should use DT_Revan and Toshi's Anakin in your mod . The hood up hs_Anakin is not as good as hood up Toshi's Anakin . btw , master Windu and the map Kashyyyk are great ! Will you release them on filefront or you just keep them for your mod ? :lookaround:
well first il start with follower of Kane, Some models already made will be used, but we have the permission to use them. Like windu example. Savage has made incredible skins and is working on a better toshi vader one. But some models will be made, Dont know if you saw the emperor model, its a frank but i still have the permission from toshi. We are working on a kota model too. But note that if i could find modelers, meaning one s that can model from scrath like kobra or haps toshi etc. Then we would make almost all our models if we could. But now we need to do some franks and all. This is why we are mainly using some already made models.
For N-7, the name covers thge base o the mod. We could of found something cooler though but now its too late, moddb page and all changing the name would just cause too much of a confucion.
Now for Sonkaka90. WE were planning on using toshis anakin for the hood up. But for ep 2 anakin we will use a skin of savage with the model of haps. We will obviosly set the hair style to the ep2 one. Never heard of Dt revan. I say a skin or remodel of reborn dont know if its this one. but anthony from kotor mod has send me a pic of a model we might be using. Its fantastic. Just hope its not a porting, if it is il try doing something out of it. for the maps we will keep for the mod. For the skins and models though it might depend on the rate we are working. Might release a model pack on our website or at the same time we release the demo. Like kashyyyk map is done, i cant remember if dvg told me that he had to slightly change some stuff, but i think its 100% over just missing some scripts which he is now working on. So this might be the demo mission.
IMPORTANT : If you guys know someone who can make skybox and wouldnt mind working on one for me (raxus prime) dont hesitate to ask him to contact me. Thanks guys.

I'm pretty hesitant to reply on all this, but what the heck:
First of all, I've looked at your moddb page, forums, etc. And from what I found, the features shown in your video are mostly not very impressive, and I doubt they are original. I'm saying this because I've seen some things from serenity and bliznez,which were just plainly stolen, but I digress. I have no intention of starting a flame war.
The timescale command bind(that is, you probably did it that way) was a nice idea, but for the rest, all I see as of now are some frankensteined models, and some maps, which I really hope are your own work. Considering the WIP status, I'd say they are.
However: those menus. Please, for pete's sake, don't make these ugly VB.net forms kind of menus. Just use jka's ingame menu system, I'm pretty sure it should be easier, and it can do whatever that external application can do. It can certainly set some cvars, which is all you seem to use it for(e.g. dismemberment..)Besides, it'll look way more attractive. Speaking of which: it could use a lot more than a simple recolor.
Also, I know you guys started at least one other(possibly two other) projects, but were never serious about finishing them. Are you this time?
Finally, skyboxes are easy. You can easily learn how to do them yourself. This should get you started: Terragen Skybox - MovieBattles II Wiki
edit: I would suggest doing some modeling tutorials yourself if you really wish to be taken seriously. I mean, it's like saying: I don't know how to map, so I'm just going to open radiant, take a part of this map, a part of this, mix it together and voila! The question 'will it blend' is answered indeed.

well exonimus i do repect you for being honest about what you think, but let me just tell you that you are wrong for a couple of things. Maybe you should pay more attention while watching a video, i dont know if you missed it but it said test features and beta features (NOT FINAL). Lol and by the way this is my first mod so i dont know where you got the whole thing of not finishing mods. Ive seen bliznez do some amazing stuff never done before. he is a good coder. If i do a time stop doesnt mean i stole it. Even if its similar to others. And for the models we do the best we can, I mean many people do more then one thing. i map i manage i skin a little i do some desgins for fun and all. i cant do everything. We dont need to make all the models perfectly i mean look at MB2 for example not all models are made. And there were some head change of models. like haps head on t_luke to make a secret apprentice. And finally have you ever seen those maps before. If yes then i better set an alarm system to my house. Lol i still read your edit post. we need to make our own models to be taken seriously. Like i just said most of the conversions out there use already made models. So its not because you have a problem with one of my team members that you need to complain about this mod. and we started the mod in january, progress is great but let us time to establish every thing. its far from complete. we need scripts and all.

I'm not sure you entirely got my point.
Whether it's test or beta features, that's fine. However, that video is a thing you release to say 'hey guys, look, this is what we're planning to create' more or less. Even if these features are test and beta, if I'm not impressed with them, there's a pretty high chance I won't be impressed with the rest of the mod. That's just me though, you can't please everyone, after all. But this might be a great chance to surprise me. If I'm genuinely suprised, I promise I'll be the first one to admit it.
I got the "whole thing of not finishing mods", which, by the way, was actually "Also, I know you guys started at least one other(...)" by reading on your forums that you guys were working on a 'jedi mysteries' mod. However, after reading through the respective forum topic on FF, it seems you just overhauled the whole concept and gave it a new name. That's pretty much a different mod in my view. Besides: your forum post on ser. forums that contained the text " and we are up to building another mod" led me to believe that this cannot be your first mod.

Is he? can you show me some examples of what he's done? I'm genuinely interested here. Also: I think you again misunderstood my point. I wasn't saying he sucked because his menu looks ugly, I'm simply saying that a proper ingame menu should look much better anyway(and it should be just as easy to do, if not easier) and should be good for whatever you want to do with it. If you are able to name one thing you want to do that can't be done by the ingame menu, I'll rest my case. As said, I'm not out to say "you guys suck/this mod sucks" but I'm genuinely interested/placing question marks. If you guys do decide on switching to ingame, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have.

True. And they should. I mean, my mod team does it too, and for good reason. There's no need to reinvent the wheel,after all. However, the real issue here is(and I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear enough) how big will the amount of frankensteined and/or other people's models be, in comparison to the amount of original content? If you deliver a lot of awesome models, and use some other people's models, that's great.
I understand the fact that you can't do everything by yourself. But that's no excuse for including a crapload of frankensteined models/other people's work. With my example, I intended to demonstrate that if you can't find people who can help you in said area, you need to learn so yourself. In my case, my mod team had no texture artists at all, and we couldn't really find anyone to help us in that area, so a few of us tried and tried, read some websites and books and experimented,and we are now able to make(semi-decent) textures ourselves. They're not perfect, but it's a good start. It should be the same with modeling.
Edit: I forgot the part about the maps. I already said, I don't think they were stolen. I was merely stressing the point that I at least know bliznez to have a doubtful history when it comes to supporting original content. I don't have any 'personal' problems with him whatsoever. Although I'm sure he's not too fond of me. We had a nice little chat on serenity's mods over at the JAU forums >_>
