make a .skin file.... Here is an example I created recently... Box02,models/weapons2/pop/pop.tga Box02 refers to the name of the mesh as it is in the editor. models/weapons2/pop/pop.tga points to my skin. Then save it as yourmodel.skin yourmodel stand for the name of your.GLM file! EDIT:: Another thing... .bmp files will not work in JA. You need either a .jpg, .tga, or .png file. Also make sure your .jpg is saved with baseline compression and not progressive (should be on the pop up window when saving in Photoshop)

Well if your using milkshape or gmax I would export as a .md3 and then take it into m3d view (which can be gotten from the JA editing tools) and export it as a .glm there. If you'e using 3d2 max or anything else... do the same thing. If you still can't get it to work say something to me on MSN... (away atm)
