Hello duds'n Gal's I'm on the way to perfectionate my TFU force push there just 1 shit that stops me : I cant change the bind in the menu

if I change "force_throw" to "exec push" in the controls.menu file the game doesnt allow me to customize the bind for it If I type the code from my push.cfg in and put ; between the cvars it's still the same :(

so I guess i'll have to make it a static bind which can only be changed by using the old fashioned way (with the bind command) unless somebody can help me here :lookaround:

anyway here's a screenshot of my push :

it's way stronger than the normal push but it doesn't have an effect on kicks and such :D

I just want to fix the menu problem before I release it with my other TFU stuff !

Its a beautiful effect, maybe instead of exec push, you should make a variable called push (or force_push maybe) which has all your commands in it, that might work. Oh and what other TFU stuff do you have, out of interest.

how do I make a custom variable for SP o.O ? and : -My lightsabers -the felucia rancor -some nice effects (a flare appears below a gripped person/object) - a new crosshair

and I could probably rewrite my repulse...

Damn, that is a NICE effect. I think when you release it though you should release a second one that doesn't install a bunch of TFU stuff. Personally I couldn't give a damn for TFU stuff but that push is what I'd download for. :D (Well I haven't seen what else your talking about but I'm just premeditating)

set force_push "g_knockback 3000; force_throw; wait 10; g_knockback 1000"

then in the menu set it to vstr force_push, it might work without vstr, but I don't know.

If I change cvar "force_throw" to cvar "vstr"force_push"" I have the same old problem and also vstr isn't a cvar command

if I change the cvar "force_throw" to vstr "force_push" the game crashes :(

I think that wont work so easily

You can probably change it to something like "exec force_push.cfg" (for example) and start from there rather than trying to put the commands directly into the menu ui file.

Hi Ashura from where u have so HD maps and others for ur JK3??? they rock man. I think form ur screenshot tht this push is very good, but um did u say tht u can't throw other ppls?!? and I make once a force push effect, but its not the same. I jsut put in JK3's asets01.pk3 a new force push picture and now I'm using the : g_knockback 9999 - cheat so now when i push some 1 "the force" grab him with a white/blue force effect ;) but ur is muh cooler :P :D :). and btw did u saw Spiors Force Grip anim. ? its in the HQ stuff he made and its realy cool with the stormys not like real TFU but nice heh.
