Hey whats up guy's, just thought id throw this up here sence im not much of a modeler any more. im looking for some tree's diff types preferablly nice semi realistic looking atleast. SPECS any kinda trees will work but im mostly looking for plants and trees like you would find in the Northwest here in oregon evergreens , pine, redwooods etc. these are offcourse for arrevanous 7 v2 so they kinda need to be big or atleast look descent when scaled up :). other then that just bassically tree's, and yes ive cheacked out the old quake 3 files and thney wont work for what im wanting to low poly and nasty looking no offence >_<.

I may have a tree for you, but don't get your hopes up. Ill see if I can get it up. Also, I have 2 very primative flowers that might help. By the way, I just looked at v7, and, if it were a lot bigger (like a series of maps) it would be a dream come true for me.=p

Here are some screenshots of the plant models. They are not that great-as I am a new moddeller (not to mention texture issues) and polycount was my main concern. I will also have to find some leaf textures for the flowers if you are interested-as the ones shown are ripped from the net and I want to be law abiding.

Wanna be a bit more descriptive? I can't really improve on them unless I know what's wrong with them. I admit that the texturing on the trees is pretty strange and buggy, but after hours and hours of searching for photos I could use, I had to come up with my own.

Well if they're supposed to be trees they look more like something out of a children's book than a biological entity. Up the realism.

Realism is overrated. :p

Why don't we have more really childish looking maps? I always have fun running around them. XD

Realism isn't overrated when you're making a realistic map. Saying "realism is overrated" is just a nice way of saying, "those look bad, but it's okay, don't bother improving." I don't think we need any more people suggesting that, tbh.
