is there a mod that lets you get as many force powers that you want as soon as you start playing?

Open the console (shift + ~) and type "give force [insert name of force power]" or "give force all" for all of them. Or type "iknowkungfu" for melee attacks and all force powers at level 3.

That works for singleplayer, yeah. Just bear in mind that you need at least ONE Force Power at 2 at the end of every level, otherwise when you get to choose a Power at the start of the next level, the game will crash.

If you mean in multiplayer.... Nope.

Doing it some other way isn't going to change that.

Actually, that's easy to fix. Just make sure you always have at least one Force Power at level 1 or 2 before you finish a level, by using the cheats to change the levels of individual powers.

Just do SetForceSense 2 in the console at some point during every single mission, then at the powers screen you can use your point to raise it from two to three, then at the start of the next level you just do the console code again. Rinse and repeat.

You can't put a force point into sense, silly. The innate abilities level up automatically. :)
