I released a sp mod on jkfiles that I have been talking about for a while. I did make a v2 but i want to know exactly what everyone wanted in it sooo im open for suggestions now

Can you be more specific with what SP mod you released XD ?

Is it the force unleashed mini mod?

The number one gripe people are most likely to have with it is the stance spazzing out on ledges. There's not much you could do about it, short of reanimating the whole stance. At least I think that's what it takes to fix it.

i heard that you need to edit the root line at the bottom of the animation.cfg file. I would make new animations for everything but i have a mac so no dragon.

Trust me, my man, animating is no walk in the park. Yeah, the JA skeleton is primitive and very straightforward, but it's all in the dynamics. As for the root frames at the very end of the file, that's just the position the models are made in. Affects nothing, really.

well i havev this lightning mod that i need help with. It works fine with its humanoid.gla but no saber stance works. when i try to put the frame numberrs into another animation.cfg it just does that spread eagle thing. any help?

If it's from another _humanoid.gla, then you'll need to reanimate it. It's spread-eagling because it doesn't have the anims needed, so unless you can merge the GLAs, short of reanimating there's nothing to do about that.

Did you include my lightning stances in the V1? Also I'm asuming your going to put the black saber and more grip-able stuff in the V2. I could try to make a backhand walking anim and some anims so that you wouldn't go all spazy when you stand on a ledge.

well your lightning mod is great but there are a few problems. No saber stance works. you just always have your hands in the lightning possition. 2 when you try to put the animation lines into a different animation.cfg they dont work. Your mod only works with the humanoid.gla provided. so if you could fix the issue in which you can put it with other mods this would be the best lightning stance... EVER!!!! How do you merge .glas using txt editting? (I have a mac)

The animations I said at the bottome affect how the legs are positioned when the character stands. I can't get on my computer at home to pull up what the exact names are thanks to Ike. If you want to see what I'm talking about you can dl my mod that fixes that bug for a new staff stance. katanamaru stances and katanamaru sabers, Jedi Knight 3 Downloads, Jedi Knight 3 Animations and Stances If you open it up and scroll to the bottom you can see how I changed the staff's feet positioning around. Not trying to pimp my work, but that is the fastest way I can show you.
