People talk about weighing or reweighing models - could someone please explain it to me?

Is it possible to weigh models in milkshape - straight answer please and if so how?

it is not possible to weight a playermodel and compile it to work in jedi academy. sorry bud =/

i know some weighing tutorials, they arnt perfect because they dont have sound but if u pay attention, they will teach you how. its located in the models > tutorials section of the main website

You rig the bones of JA's skeleton to the model you've created, giving it animation.

if you just want to learn how to add bones, get here: http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modPage.asp?ID=94(not with the jka skeleton) (3ds max) just for learning the basics...
