Toast released his Makermod beta test, which is what most Makermod servers are running now. But on the test server he had a whole arsenal of WIP commands that do not work on other servers. I've got my own Makermod server, but it's not dedicated. (Gosh, I've gotta figure that out...) So anyways, does anyone know anything about this? :google: usually, but now it PHAILLED!:riles: Again, thanks for your time!

Well, even though Filefront doesn't support Makermod in any way...

I'd say that the WIP commands are in the phase of public testing before the code for them is released.

Though the problem could also be that you have outdated server code. Then again, Makermod is rather picky about when it wants to work properly and when it just wants to throw default axis' stuff everywhere.

Yeah, tell me about it.... Why doesn't Filefront support Makermod, anyways? I doubt there's illegal content in there. :riles:

We never said we don't support it. We just don't offer technical support for it if we don't know the answer(s) to the question, and we don't host it on the site because it never gets submitted. Simple as.

If someone wanted us to host a file, they'd submit it. They don't submit, we don't host. We're not going to go swiping files from random websites, not after the KotORFiles boycott that happened a while back for that very reason.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Now, I've got a funky error with Makermod. Kouen, you may remember I'm the idiot who overwrote the base .DLL. Since then, I've only been able to connect to Makermod servers and not start my own. during the loading screen (STARTING UP...) a Windows box comes up saying "Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy has encountered a problem and needs to close" Any ideas? :riles:

Did you repatch after your reinstall?
