Yay, lucky you guys, here's yet another request.

*everyone hits the back button*

<.< >.>

Anyway I don't know much about skinning but I'm sure this would be quite easy. Basicly all I want is any old model/skin, but covered by a big black robe. Pictured here. the guy circled in red-

Absolutly any model, just covered by a big black robe, just without the clouds on it, and replace the hat with some kind of hood.

If you mean as a skin to use, like I said, doesn't matter at all for which skin is used. The point is that it'd be covered by some bigass robe.

(Inyri)

No I mean to have the guy just be a very big robe basicly. :S

Not going to happen. No model like the image you circled would fit the JK3 skeleton.

Not to be solid. As in be there, but just visually, like a cape.

(I don't see the edit button, :wtf:)

So a cape/robe would be considered part of the skeleton?

(The Edit button disappears after 30 minutes. That's in the forum FAQ - http://forums.filefront.com/faq.php .)

That would require modelling, and because of the way the humanoid skeleton is formed, you'd just have a big walking cylinder. JKA doesn't allow for animated clothing. (Source engine, ftw... v_v )

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

not like most games have now... i wish jka, or even the next gen JK series game would be uber sweet in every aspect to modding with!

wel we could try making a project of porting jka to the quake 4 engine witch is the same but also allouws better graphics, more moddability and animated clothing.
