To get the model in the game, you gotta go through a pile of fail, to get it to work properley.

But I will tell you that you need 3DS max ( 4, 5 or 6. I think it is). And, 3ds max is not the cheapest solution. You could use XSI mod tools, which is free. It is also a pain in the neck, but it is free.

Ham22;3622813This model will be for my personal use, so i don't see the need of permission.

You should still ask permission.

Ham22;3622813I have photoshop cs2, but your saying photoshop can't edit alpha channels? If i went and downloaded GIMP could someone tell me how to do this?

You can alter the Alpha channel in CS2. But not in the Photoshop Elements series.

That's because Elements is useless... *Points at your failed scope*

If you are using Photoshop (with the exception of elements) There's a tab next to your layers menu which says channels. Bring that up, and click the 'create new channel button' or whatever it's called. This will automatically be an alpha channel. Black areas are transparent, white is opaque, and greys are translucent, dependant on the shade of grey.
