death animation done, i put some bones in the eyes to make them move a bit, just a bit, they cant close the entire eye but well, its better than nothing, i have to make a skin for the mouth and dont worry about the FPS is because i just pressed "render" without selecting fps, ingame it will look ok.

Not in this game mate, at least i wouldnt know how to make it, i'll put a sound when it hits the floor in animevents.cfg
run almost done: yes, the wings doesnt and wont move, at least till i finish all the anims. And there isnt balance of weight of the bird while running on this animation yet.
I think the chocobo should move it's neck too.
can anyone put the shader for the alpha channels? i dont know where to find it. Thanks. btw Chocobo finished (alpha channels left).
For the Chocobo, can you make the white parts sticking out transparent?

Of course he can. Simple shader transparency. I'd imagine he just hasn't gotten to it yet.
thats why i asked for the shader ZeroTM, and Szico i already have you there, hope see you soon. Also the chocobo works perfectly in SP, in MP it looks a bit wierd in the walk animation, but well you'll have to live with it ;)
