well if you have problems with muscles I can draw some reference pics for you and still keep your own vision of the turtle... maybe that can make your job more easy. If that's ok with you
That would be great. We shall see how much it helps me...
Well, here is a bit of an update. I realize I haven't worked on the muscle definition yet. I want to try some other stuff first. But I will get back to that. Pay a bit more close attention to the head and the front shell. Those are the things that were changed from before.

The belt belt is a little unbalanced; it comes out further on the right side than on the left. Other than that, it looks good.
Try to work on your polyflow. Right now, the way you defined muscles, are just .. well bluntly put, they look like balls stacked upon eachother. If you want accurate muscles, check out google images or take lightsource's offer =)
Neat Turtle tho! Old-Skool!
I really hope to see it release. This looks like its going to be a really good model and some very nice works being done on it. Its got a more grown up kinda ninja turtle feel to it rather than the ones from the movie.
well here's the reference pics that I have drawn... I know they are not perfect but I made them a little bit on a rush
Here's the B & W
and here's the same with simple colors to help you difference one part from another...
I hope you found this usefull, if you don't like them I can draw them again with a little more patience :)
YES im absolutely in love with that. THATS the kinda ninja turtle i wanna see. Keep up the concepts and drawings i can only imagine the finished product.
Damnit LS!.. That makes me wanna make another turle all over again! >_>
Thanks for the help Lightsource. It really helped. I guess the question is did I actually follow what you drew up? (well, I tried at least.)

What can still be helped? The elbow looks a bit off for me, but I cant tell why. Anybody else have a suggestion?
