hi i is teh smich  and i was wandering if someone could make me a wookie with different colored shorts(speccificly brown(spelling >.<)). i wan to help out a friend, but alas i am noob and cannot >.> make skins or do recolors :bawl:. i would really appreactiate (spelling >.< >.<) it if you(modders, skinners, ect.) could do that for me.:)
Do you mean wookie wearing boxers? Or just a wookie with diferent color hair?
a wookie with brown shorts :)
For a wookie I'd suggest modeling the shorts on. I think that the wookie model's hair sticks out on a 2d plane, and thus has to be remodeled so that you don't get hair sticking out of the shorts. However I don't know very much about modeling ( Or skining for that matter) so what I said could be completely wrong. Here's the Master sticky: http://forums.filefront.com/showthread.php?t=234876 Within here lies all the tools you'd need to do this job. I can't do it because I can't model and am very bad at skinning, but mabye someone else might want to take up this interesting project. Or maybe you could even give it a shot using the master sticky :p .
hmmmm.... well itd probebly turn out better if someone with skinning/modeling experience did it. i could try but i doubt it would look right with out any experience under my belt. :uhm: so hopefully some one can step up and make this model for me. :)
Actually you can turn off the hair in the .skin file.
i want the wookie fuzzy all around besides where the shorts are.:uhm:
I think that can be done, I'll have a look.
Yes, there are two lines, starting "hips_1a" and "hips_2a". Change the following path to say "*off" and it should work the way you want.
what program are you using, and how can i get to the wookie?:uhm::eek:
