I finally got this game recently and finished the SP mode, so I figured I'd start downloading mods and skins and whatnot and play with stuff in solo MP mode. Well, I can't seem to activate cheats whatever I do. I've tried both devmapall and helpusob 1 and several variations of each. I even tried "helpmeobi1". I've tried with "/" and "\" before them. Everywhere I search it says to use either, and neither are working. Neither worked before I patched the game, and neither work now. What on earth could I be doing wrong? I played JK II before, and I didn't have a problem with it.

To activate cheats n MP, u have to type /devmap (name of the map) in the console (open it with Shift + ยบ or with ^) Example: /devmap mp/ffa5 for Taspir map. U only can activate cheats mode on solo MP mode. c ya

For singleplayer, go into the console (SHIFT+Tilde) and type:

helpusobi 1

Type it exactly as it appears and press Enter. Nothing will happen, so you'll have to test it. Open the console again and enter god to see if it worked. It should tell you God Mode is on.

For MP, you can only enable cheats as the server. Put the line seta sv_cheats 1 in the server's config file.

For offline MP (solo game), just go into the console and enter:

/devmap

Replace with the map's folder path, of course. mp/ffa4 for example.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Got her. had to load the map with devmapall, then load it again to enable cheats. Kind of a pain.

Now I am trying to figure out how to move a vehicle like a lambda shuttle...

And also, is there anyway to find what the npc spawn name for an imported model is?

If it's not in the readme, you can check inside the pk3 file. Go into the ext_data folder, find the .npc file, and open it in Wordpad.

If the pk3 doesn't have those, then there's no NPC support.

Well, I didn't know what you were talking about, but I tried something out of curiosity, and what do you know, you can open these files with winrar. And there's the folder you spoke of....danke!
