So I only recently (a few hours ago) started playing with mods. However, I seem to have trouble getting most of them to show up in JK3's hilt list. I can use some of them with the saber command on the console, but I was wondering if there was a way to put them in the hilt list in the character creation screen? I've seen a couple of screenshots showing a scroll down menu for it instead of the default click through and was wondering if it had to do with that.
Also, if anyone would be able to point out the mod that has the katana like blade in the movies battle II mod, the one where you need to click through a whole buncha nameless hilts to get to, it would be very much appreciated.
Okay, it seems as if I can get one mod to appear at a time. Also, the weapon from the movies battle II mod only seems to appear if you load it up from the .bat directly, not from the mod menu.
Why? Cause normal is boring.

First off, player models, sabers, maps and such go directly into the base folder so that they get loaded no matter what. Mods like MBII are multi-player mods, meaning they either change nothing in SP or they can screw it up like nobody's business. As for getting hilts to show up in character creation, that takes menu editing that most modelers don't bother doing. And since you can only have one saber menu altering mod active at a time, it's usually a better idea to do it all on your onesies. Check the tutorials sticky in the modding section, there's a little something there that'll help you.
