I followed the tutorials on adding bot routes, and they seemed easy enough but for two things: 1) When I hit save (i.e. bot_wp_save), it took a LONG time to save, so long that I thought my computer had crashed (I was even getting a "not running" message in Windows Taskmaster). 2) Gave it some time and it finally did unfreeze with the new .wnt file in the right place but, with everystep I took in the map, it added a bunch of new waypoints, whether or not I used bot_wp_add. For example, I used "bot_wp_save" when I had about 50 waypoints. When the computer finally unfroze, my character had taken a few steps (using "w") and next thing I know, I've got 2,800 waypoints! I have the bot_wp_add command bound to the number "1", so I don't think that's an issue.
If I quit without hitting "bot_wp_save", will I lose the unwanted 2,750 waypoints? Any Ideas? T'Baby
Thats normal. It fills them in. Try making less waypoints in the first place and youll get less when it fills them in.
