Hi, I am new to this so sorry if I am asking a stupid question. I downloaded the Anakin Skywalker skin pack and "installed" it according to instructions, which doesn't seem to have done a lot. But now I can't figure out how to make him into a playable character option in the single player game. I have tried some of the tutorials about making skins and they've just made me even more confused. Is there a way to make this downloaded skin playable in the single-player game, and if so, how? Thanks!

That's precisely what the tutorials tell you.

Check in our Modding & Editing subforum, in the Tutorials & Tools sticky. There, you'll find a tutorial written by our very own Miss Inyri regarding how to use custom models/skins in the singleplayer game.

If that tutorial doesn't make any sense to you, then try working through it as you're reading it. That's about as simple and plain English as it gets.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Thanks for the advice, but I have read the tutorial several times and followed its instructions to the letter and Anakin still doesn't show up as a playable character. I have checked and rechecked to make sure everything is correct according to the tutorial. The only thing I think I might be doing wrong is the placement of the newly created pk3 file, which I have simply left in the "base" file for the game. I don't know if I was supposed to place it within one of the preexisting pk3 asset files or not.

Hapslash's Anakin comes with SP support, FYI.
