You'll have to delete the Jedi Academy folder and remove the entries from RegEdit before you can reinstall. If the uninstall procedure won't work, that's the only way.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Go on the Start menu, select Run, a box should come up. Type in REGEDIT and click OK. Registry Editor will come up. In the folder tree on the left, click the + button next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Now do the same for Software. Scroll down the software branch until you find a folder called LucasArts. Click the + button next to LucasArts and right-click on the folder called Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy. Select Delete from the menu, and confirm the deletion. Now close all those open folders by clicking on the - button which is next to them where the + used to be. Then simply repeat the above process, however this time do it under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Just check to make sure you are 100% certain the folder you delete is Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy, or you could end up breaking some other programs.
