It does have new sounds, and you should be able to hear some of them, unfortunately though, a number of the files appear to be in the wrong format and cannot be heard ingame. If you spawn an npc of the model (npc spawn hs_rots-kenobi), a list will come up in the console of the sound files that can't be played. As far as a fix goes, I can't help. Maybe you could find a program that will convert the sounds to the right format?

I have the same model and same problem. I think I know what the author has done wrong. He scr*** up the mp3 sound files. He made them like this: Bit Rate: 256 kbps Channels: 2(stereo) Audio Sample Rate: 44 kHz I think they should be like this: Bit Rate: 96 kbps Channels: 1 (mono) Audio Sample Rate: 44 kHz (at least he got that right) Now , I`m not an expert in all this sound converting , but if that is the problem , get "Ease Audio Converter" and convert problematic sound files to be like I wrote here. That should solve the problem , I hope. I never tryed it.

Just use Google to look for it. It`s a free download , but the program itself is limited until you register it (sadly , you need to pay to register) , but you should be able to convert thoose files without registering. You can also use some other program , like Audaticity (I think it`s called like that).

You need to open file "hs_rots-kenobi.pk3" with WinZip or some other simmilar program , like WinRAR. Extract all files and folders you find in there. Find mp3 sound files and check their properties. They should be like I wrote in my previous reply (scr****). Run Audio Converter and use "Add" option to find files you want to convert and add them to convertion list. I suggest you to convert files one by one. Set output format to mp3. Go to "Settings" menu , choose "mp3" and set "Encoder Options" (Frequency , Channel and Bitrate) to be like I wrote in my previous reply. Right - click on the sound file in the list that you want to convert , choose "Convert to" option and desired output format (mp3). When you convert all files (keep their original names) , replace old files with yours. Use WinZip again to create new .pk3 file (also with the same name as the old one). You can create .zip file first and then change extension to .pk3. All you have to do now is put this .pk3 file in your "Base" folder and test it. I hope it will work. If you can`t convert files with the program you have now , try using some other program. Good luck!

i have extracted the files and i don't know which file to choose the hs_rots-kenobi_sp or the other one. I used the notes program to see if the files are there but there's just a bunch of numbers, symbols and letters. The Audio Converter finds all my songs but nothing of the hs_rots-kenobi mp3 files because they didn't came with the mod. please help me.

"Hs_rots-kenobi_SP.pk3" is for singleplayer. "Hs-rots-kenobi.pk3" is for multiplayer , so it depends where you want to use Kenobi model (I`d say multiplayer , right?). You need to open it with WinZip or WinRAR. Notepad is for text files , not model files. All sounds are in there , just extract them and then the Audio Converter will be able to see them. One more thing. "I hate You!"? Why? What have I done to you , lol?
