When i try to connect to a server in MP The Game just crashes and it happens when i press join or double click it. I cant Crlt + Alt + Delete Because it goes out of game and wont exit it so Does anyone know how to get it to work

I dunno what is happening, but try to reinstall the game or wait a while after pressing join. Maybe it's just loading, and you didn't notice.
