You have a CD burner. :p Your CD should be just fine. Delete/move whatever it is you have in the "Waiting to be written to CD" folder, or whatever, back to where it was. You should be able to install just fine after that.
And once you do that dont bother with JA+.It has its (very few)good spots but otherwise its not worth playing.

*sigh* The fact of the matter is, most servers now days have JA+ or minus, as Kouen and Datalord like to say, installed. So there's no harm in keeping it in your base if you ever want to meet up with some friends, or whatever.

1) You don't need the mod to play on the servers. It will save the client plugin and your settings easily enough, which is all you need. 2) No one should ever need to download the full mod to a home PC, since frankly no one should ever be using home PCs to host servers. 3) JAE. base combat system. Open-source. If JA+'s little features such as the RGB sabers or whatever really mean that much to people, they should add them to JAE. Why don't they? Probably laziness.
I've been tinkering with the JAE source for a while now, actually.
I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
