Ok. Try reinstalling the game. Uninstall it, manually remove all residual files and folders (put your mods somewhere safe), install the game again and patch it, but this time don't add any mods to it. Test it clean.

Try reinstalling. If that doesn't help, maybe updating the graphic drivers would help. What graphic card do you have anyway?

Right click on Desktop, choose Properties, go to Settings tab and look what is written under Display. For me it says Plug and Play Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT.

It seems you have an integrated graphic card. That's probably the problem. Integrated solutions are not good for gaming. I bet your game was working before and now for some unknown reason it's simply refusing to work. I've seen cases like that before around here. You can try updating your graphic drivers, altough that probably won't help. What kind of computer do you have? Desktop or laptop?

In that case, best thing to do would be to get a proper graphic card. It doesn't have to be something expensive; just enough for your needs. Check what kind of graphic slot your Motherboard has; AGP or PCI Express before buying. Other than that, I don't know what else to suggest you. I suppose doing a hard drive format and reinstalling OS isn't an option, huh?
